Worker portal password help
Contact your company administrator. Provide your name, company and the email address used for your worker account.
Your company administrator can reset the password in Attendance → Workers. Use the temporary password at the worker sign-in page, then choose your own password when prompted.
This service uses administrator-assisted recovery. No password-reset email is sent automatically. Do not send your current password. Resetting a password does not enable a disabled account or module.
