MainBiznes, one tap away.

Install the app or create a home-screen shortcut for your workspace, worker clock-in or POS.

Before you start

Use Google Chrome on your Android phone, in a normal tab. You can add the icon before signing in. Your usual company, worker or cashier account is still required to use the system.

Install MainBiznes on Android

  1. Open MainBiznes in Chrome

For the app, open mainbiznes.com/dms/start. For a shortcut straight to the worker portal, open mainbiznes.com/dms/clock/login. Company administrators can use mainbiznes.com/dms/admin/login for a workspace sign-in shortcut. Cashiers can use mainbiznes.com/dms/pos/login for a direct POS shortcut.

  2. Open the three-dot menu

Tap the three dots beside Chrome’s address bar. Scroll down and select Install and create shortcut, as shown in the screenshot. Some Chrome versions call this Add to Home screen or Install app.

  3. Choose Install or Create shortcut

If Chrome offers Install, select it and confirm. The installed MainBiznes app opens a start page where you choose Company workspace, Worker clock-in / out or Point of sale. To save the exact page you are viewing, choose Create shortcut instead.

  4. Confirm the name and add it

For a shortcut, keep MainBiznes or choose a clear name such as MainBiznes Clock. Tap Add and confirm any home-screen prompt shown by your phone. For an app, finish Chrome’s installation confirmation.

  5. Open the icon and sign in

Find the navy-and-blue MB icon on your home screen or in your app list. Tap it, open your workspace, attendance or POS, and sign in with your own account. Workers still need to allow location when clocking in or out.

Good to know

  • MainBiznes needs an internet connection. Adding the icon does not create an account, approve a company or enable worker attendance.
  • A shortcut can open the exact worker or cashier sign-in page in Chrome. The installed app opens the MainBiznes start page and lets you choose your destination.
  • If Install is unavailable, use Create shortcut. Menu names and confirmation prompts can vary by Chrome version and Android launcher. Update Chrome and use a normal tab if the option is missing.
  • If an older shortcut still shows the previous icon, reload the site in Chrome, remove that old home-screen shortcut and add it again. Do not clear your account or company data.
